In the last seven years of our business, there has been only ONE case where we were misled through their website by a dishonest Mill and we deeply and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to the affected people in this ONE case.Now as added measure we are continuing to come up with new international clauses to safe guard our Associates’ interest and it shall remain our priority that no such thing happens again. We have now developed many methods to safe guard our Suppliers’ and Customers’ interests, which is our first priority :
- Having persons known to us in the country of origin and destination.
- Traveling in person, to places of manufacture, loading ports etc…
- Having third party inspection or SGI
- Generally doing business with known mills.
As we deal in international business covering continents, it is not always feasible to check each and every company by visiting them personally, or through known persons. Therefore despite our best efforts, and good faith in the mills, should any of the parties not perform as per contractual obligations, SGI shall not be liable.However it will always be our endeavor to offer services for effective business solutions to accomplish our common objectives
